What is Shippabo?
Shippabo is a freight forwarder and a supply chain platform in one company. Founded by experienced shippers and supply chain experts, we provide tailored freight services alongside an intelligent platform that makes booking, clearing, and tracking shipments easier.
Is Shippabo easy to install?
There is nothing to install. Shippabo is cloud-based — sign up, open your browser, and your team can start using the platform right away.
Is Shippabo an NVOCC?
Yes. Shippabo is a Non-Vessel Operating Common Carrier offering ocean, air, drayage, and trucking, plus customs services, duty drawbacks, and related services through our partners.
Is there a platform fee?
Buying freight forwarding from Shippabo includes platform access for those shipments. Tracking shipments booked with other forwarders in the same system is offered as an annual software agreement based on container volume and partners.
Is my supply chain too complex?
We map the roles, processes, and intricacies of your supply chain during onboarding, then keep them in a collaborative platform your partners can work in.
How long does onboarding take?
Typically 2–10 business days depending on complexity. If needed we can onboard you in a single day — upload an MBL or container number and carrier, click Track, and details appear in moments.
Will Shippabo work with my forwarders and partners?
Yes. The platform is built for coordinating with your preferred customs brokers, trucking partners, and suppliers. Every stakeholder sees the same documents and data, including shipments booked elsewhere.
Will Shippabo work with my other software?
Shippabo integrates with other platforms so shipment data flows into the systems your teams already use.
